The Rotary Club of East Portland is a local chapter of Rotary International made up of community members from diverse professional backgrounds who come together to serve both locally and globally. The club meets weekly at 7am at Elmer’s. They are a part of Rotary’s global network of volunteer leaders working to improve lives and strengthen communities.
