With nearly 30 years of military service, Shiketha brings extensive experience in leadership, outreach, relationship-building, marketing, and connecting people with the resources they need to succeed.

Through her dedication to market research and analysis, Shiketha has developed a strong understanding of how housing, local businesses, economic development, and community investment intersect to create stronger neighborhoods and build wealth. Her experience working with buyers, sellers, and first-time homebuyers has given her valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing families and communities throughout East Portland. She is passionate about helping connect residents to information, resources, and opportunities that contribute to long-term financial stability and community wealth.

She is passionate about getting out into the community, learning from local businesses and residents, promoting the unique identity of Parkrose, and helping create a welcoming, connected, and prosperous community where businesses and residents thrive together.
