Jen Hudyma is a systems thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, strategic partnerships, and grant development. She currently serves as Sr. Manager of Supply Chain at Phylos and has previous experience as a Grants Officer and Grants Associate at Health In Harmony, where she managed all aspects of grant applications, reporting, and prospecting for both foundation and government support. With additional project management experience in both nonprofit and private sector settings, Jen brings a unique blend of operational insight, funding strategy, and community-minded leadership to the Historic Parkrose board. Her cross-sector experience supports the organization’s mission to strengthen local business infrastructure and build sustainable community growth.
