Born in Mexico City, Héctor Márquez is an experienced leader in communication, technology, and project management. With a degree in Communication Sciences and Digital Media, Héctor has over 15 years of expertise in AI implementation, localization, and digital transformation, working with global brands like Nike to drive innovation.

He also has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, leading IT development projects to improve digital literacy and engagement in underserved communities. His work with foundations has empowered communities through technology, bridging the digital divide.

A member of Print Arts Northwest (PAN) and an avid guitarist, Héctor blends his professional skills with a passion for the arts. As Executive Director of Historic Parkrose, he is dedicated to fostering community growth and enhancing local initiatives through new technologies and communication strategies.
