Commercial properties currently available

The Historic Parkrose business district has a variety of commercial spaces for sale and for lease along Sandy Boulevard between NE 99th and NE 121st Avenues. We will do our best to track and advertise them here. However, this is a dynamic area and listings are subject to change.

If you have any difficulty reaching a seller or agent, please contact us.

We would also like to hear from you if you are a property owner in the district with plans to sell or lease property. Our work with the business community brings us in close contact with potential tenants.
