Hello Parkrose Business Association Member;

It’s that time of year again to start planning for the PBA annual “Trunk or Treat”. The event is held on the last Sunday of October which will be October 27th this year. This is a rain or shine event. Set up begins by 3:15pm and ends at 6pm at Parkrose High School parking lot. Last year we had over 2,500 excited kids attend. This is a wonderful way for our local businesses and organizations to give back to this great Parkrose community. 

Attached is a flyer looking for businesses to participate as decorated trunks and or as sponsors. We only have 5 slots available for costume contest sponsors. As a costume contest sponsor, you will be required to have a decorated trunk, hand out candy, help with picking the costume winners at a cost of $150 (which pays for the prizes). In return we will mention your business many times on all of our social media platforms, business name/logo on all printed materials for promoting the event, and many mentions during the event. Keep in mind this is completely non-profit and is supported solely by sponsorships and volunteers. So, we need you to participate! We are also looking for a T-shirt sponsor for our student volunteers and a treat bag sponsor. Your business name and or logo will be printed on the t-shirts and bags. 

There are only 35 parking spaces available, so get your name on the list early and get excited to be an important participant for this fun and free community event. The Trunk or Treat committee has a lot of fun things planned to make this year event bigger and better. You don’t want to miss out.
